Sort of like when they said Hillary was against abortion, because she would support a law on partial birth abortion if the life of the mother was taken into consideration.. Tim Kaine did the same. Knowing that this was already the case and NO republican would sign on to it anyhow... it was a way to keep the sicko's from winning... a way to frame the issue themselves with no risk to access to abortion for women.

So, be careful what one puts out there as "facts" on this issue... As I have come to know, not all "facts" are "facts".

Lastly, using partial birth abortion is coopting anti choice language... late term abortion, which never happens unless the life of the mother is at risk, occurs.
