The ACA will move the US from 37th in the world in healthcare to in 2 years? [View all]

I think its a good start but still makes insurance companies wealthy and will costly to the poor.
That being said, it will move us out of the 37th sucking place. Any guesses what position?

I'm voting around 30 it still sucks as compared to other countries but its a start.
