In establishing rules regarding how it is to be dispensed

The voters overwhelmingly approved medical marijuana last November but we have assholes in Tallahassee who can't decide what's best for them grownups in the state that voted for it

One of the bills from a nit wit from SW Fl will exclude smokable weed as well as vaping.

Because....well who the fuck knows? Perhaps he is stuck in the 50's. Smoking is baaaad!! Despite the fact that many patients respond best to smoked cannibis.
