for not jumping when he speaks.

He's looking for ways to punish another country for not obeying him. For not bending to his will. His ego can't abide that.

Most likely case is he'll announce some policy that only seems to punish Mexico but actually punishes Americans.

But he'll claim whatever trumped-up policy means Mexico is reimbursing Americans for the wall. But the policy will hurt trade for Americans, while Mexico looks to other - eager - avenues for trade.

Oh, and don't think for a second that the deportations under him don't have something to do with Mexico standing up to him.

Trump is a mean-spirited, spiteful little fuck.
