Translation: My campaign promise to build The Wall was total bullshit as every single Democratic and Republican candidate who ran against me pointed out. Since there really is no way to make Mexico pay for the wall with cash like I promised, I will now shift the goalposts and promise that they will pay "in some form" at some later date, to be determined by me.

He is totally crashing and burning on this campaign promise and he knows it. What a loser.
