I have no clear idea except for the fact that a "centrist" does not want to be an FDR-type Democrat. On her web site, she says that she favors governmental austerity, payroll tax credits, revising the Tax Code, accountability in the classroom, "investing in safe and responsible domestic oil while moving towards a clean energy future," opposing terrorism around the world, etc.
