Fucking up, but it may not be before we are in a war.
IMHO, Obama should have gone public w that, or let Comey. He also should have appointed Merritt Garland as a recess appt. We will never know for sure why he didn't. Maybe he didn't want a fight he might lose at he end of his legacy. Certainly, as he said, he didn't want to appear ro influence the outcome of an election. Ironically, by doing nothing, he may have influenced it. My guess is, he thought Hillary would win, so he didn't think it was necessary.
No one discusses it. Unspeakable. I loved Obama too, and I was never so pround to be an American, but ,as they say, if we don't learn fom the mistakes of history, we are doomed to repeat them.
