11. So Flynn, acting as a private citizen in 2015

after getting fired by Obama in 2014, goes to Russia and accepts payment from Russia. How is that Obama's problem other than the fact that he was the president at the time it occurred? Was he supposed to have Flynn under surveillance? I don't think they would have liked that. Flynn, as a retired military officer, was well aware of what was required of him to accept payment from a foreign government. Then Flynn lies about it on his security clearance paperwork. Again, other than Obama being president at the time that occurred, how is that his fault? Should they have subpoenaed Flynn's bank records? Again, I don't think that would have gone over very well. I think the only reason Flynn is back in the news is Yates will be testifying in public and they are all scrambling to try to figure out what to do when that hits the fan. No wonder Chaffetz says he won't seek re-election and may step down early. Wanna bet it will be before Yates testifies?
