Who said it would "be over" this week? I think you are probably reading that there "might" be "some developments" this week and you took that to extremes of "be over".

Got a credible link for "be over"?

What did Obama say that makes you think it is "all off"? Link?

Are you indulging in binary thinking? That everything is either black or white, on or off, all good or all bad.
