Flynn failed the requirement to get prior or during the time permission from the dia to accept monies from a foreign government. This is in the emoluments clause. That is just part of what is happening to flynn.

The security clearance was solely on dipshit donnie's WH. He left in the spring of 2014. He would have needed to update including all of any new relevant information to get it approved. That would include stuff like payments, people he did business with, family members, and contacts with foreign governments. So that could be another crime. As to try blaming on Obama. He was a private citizen until dipshit donnie made him NSC advisor. It wasn't Obama's responsibility to give him a security clearance.
