and Hillary WAS under investigation during the primaries -- just as the Sanders are reputed to be now. It may likely come to the same result -- not a positive endorsement, but no criminal charges. In fact, there is absolutely nothing suggesting that Bernie Sanders is being investigated. Just as most people here correctly objected to comments that there was an FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton, when the initial story was that there was an investigation, but it might not target Clinton.

As to "cover up", that accusation is coming from a RW guy who routinely loses the suits he files. From the typically thorough VT Digger article, it looks like the Burlington College lawyer went out of his way to insure that the DOJ and later the FBI had access to any records before they were destroyed.
