that dump sold himself to the idiots in part as an outsider who would take on Wall Street and special interests. "Draining the Swamp" was linked with the anti-WS message.

Now one way the dump admin is trying to weasel out--now that it's blatantly apparent he lied about cleaning up WS and in fact is doing the opposite--is to claim "D the S" referred to shrinking the Federal Government to cut "bureaucracy" and "inefficiency".

So, hapless civil servants and Federal agencies working to make the country function are now the targets. Of course, going after the Federal Government is a koch agenda item.

Lying and misdirection--hallmarks of the dump admin.
