which has a decent chance of success because
1. Democrats are actually ideologically opposed to much of his batshit insane agenda and probably will attempt to obstruct it in every way possible
2. Democrats suck at messaging and apparently have no idea how to coordinate a catchy response to his continuous stream of destructive bullshit

leaving Trump free to promise whatever he likes to the GOP base
