1. I think starting with "Dear Ivanka" is a good move.She seems to be the only person who isn't afraid

to confront him . . . not that it does much good. Maybe making the point that history books will report his presidency until the end of time and he won't want to find himself depicted as a loony tune, wannabe dictator. Sadly, unless the people around him start proceedings to oust him under the 25th amendment, his narcissistic personality disorder combined with what seems to be senile dementia or maybe even Alzheimer's is going to keep him where he is.
