71. I didn't realize what all was considered preventative

or that preventative was at a $0 copay until I saw it on here. I had a well woman exam yesterday at PP and they asked for 0 copay with my insurance. I was also informed of a number of other services that counted under the umbrella of preventative care.

The average person doesn't even know about the website. I made mention of it to others and they had no idea. Last night I sent a link to it on FB and people were messaging me with many "I didn't know that!" comments.

The doctors offices around here aren't mentioning it when people make appointments. It's never mentioned in the numerous newsletters I receive from my insurance company. I don't think people realize how quick some of this has kicked in-most of the comments I hear are about the fines in 2014. When I gave those same people a link to the (I believe it was Wash Post) article that was linked on here with the worksheet about the upcoming costs, they were shocked to find that their costs would actually decrease by considerable sums.

That's what needs to be discussed on television. That's what needs to be passed around in email forwards. The info needs to be posted on Facebook regularly, with links provided for more info. When people realize that it really will help them in the long run they will warm up to it.
