The pretend to ask a question, but if they are asking someone from whom they don't want an answer heard publicly, they just interrupt until there is no time left. Everyone of them, from Limbaugh to O'Reilly to Hannity to Congressional Republicans asking questions at "hearings," have used this tactic since the HUAC days, and especially since the inception of Fox Noise. Since Congressional Republicans watch nothing else, they have been getting home schooling in the art for over 2 decades now.
