Ryan is only forced in if both tRump and Pence perish in the same instant or are convicted in the same instant. If one or the other is in office for even a minute longer than the other, then they appoint a VP.

Ryan will NOT accept appointment because he does not want to be Pres. Ford. He would rather try to be Reagan in 2024.
