than actually wishing for anyone to die. It's more, "Don't have insurance? Too bad; that's your own fault, and don't expect me to do anything about it." However, these cold-hearted bastards might be persuaded that they will benefit from the ACA at least as much, if not more, than the unworthy poor by pointing out that medical and insurance costs will actually go down over time.
