The capitalist/libertarian stuff is just flimsy justification.

GOP Congressmen are bought by the GOP donor class - the Koches, Mercers, Adelsons. Their only goal is to destroy the government so that their donors can keep more of the economy's profits. All the other words they say are just PR.
