18. Trump supporters are fools but that would really expose them to the folly of their ways.

Blue state residents would get to keep their "goodies" while red state residents would see them taken away. That occured to me when Susan Collins and Bill Cassidy first proposed it.

I have an insulin dependent friend who received Medicaid coverage as part of the ACA expansion. This is of more than passing interest to me.
