Without steady income the whole health-care system withers; shedding jobs, defaulting on debt, closing facilities. You'll see health-care professional ranks decrease and concentrate in areas where there are still people who can pay. The Red states and red areas in most states will be deprived of jobs and health care professionals to serve them. Dumb.
