Stand by your posts if you like. But without discussion we cannot determine the common responsibilities and interests that we should have to unify us. To get to the solidarity that you claim to want, we have to know that others will hold solidarity with us. We thought we had that. We thought that Democrats would support Democrats in the election. That didn't happen. Many broke faith with the party.
If you look at union history, you will find examples of unions that did not hold solidarity with other unions. Strikes were not honored. This always has led to the dissolution of unions. If my union of printers strikes to support your union of distributors, but then the next year your union does not strike to support us, you have broken faith and destroyed the only power of a union. Some people who call themselves Democrats need to be taught the meaning of holding solidarity. Ignoring the fact that some self-important idiots don't know how unity works will only get republicans elected back to majorities in 2018. We have less than 18 months to get this worked out. Ignoring the problem and pretending to get along won't win us elections.
