Clapper vs Yates have seen. Yates could not comment because the question fell under "classified". Clapper had not seen any, but that only means there wasn't an active Intelligence investigation at the time -- there could be an active CRIMINAL investigation, though.

There's all kinds of investigation materials that may be seen by the Justice Dept that Clapper would not have seen.
