or getting kinky with Russian hookers, and none of that will send him to prison. The FBI doesn't care if he's gay either, and they wouldn't be even considering that as his "underlying conduct" that Yates can't talk about. Whatever Flynn did has nothing to do with sex; it has entirely to do with something that is a serious federal crime, like espionage or money laundering.
