Follow through on Comey's directions, be a patriot, and be fired by Trump, OR do Trump's bidding and live to see another day.

The question is whether "another day" includes dropping the hammer on Trump in the future.

Hard to tell if Rosenstein was motivated by contempt for Comey or by instincts of self-preservation, or some sort of allegiance to Trump.

Time will tell.
