Dysfunction & Chaos is a feature of this government, not a bug. It's what their voters wanted, because Stigginit.

Maybe, after 8 years of this, the Deplorables will come around and deny they ever voted for *, just like they denied they supported invading Iraq.

But *, this is exactly what he wants. If a position can't be filled with someone personally loyal to him, fuck that position.
