There will be a Special Prosecutor who will be given broad powers of subpoena and the President will be impeached. Fun fact, that isn't all there is to it. The House brings Articles of Impeachment. The Senate prosecutes the same. And, if appropriate (and it will be shown to be very appropriate) criminal charges will also be brought.
