1. To be fair, most of that shit isn't even made in the US anymore.

New Balance still makes shoes in the US from US components with one exception - the rubber treads. No US source is available. Their lesser models are made in China, but I've got a pair on that's at least ten years old and still in good shape. It's a dilemma for a lot of companies that want to be "US Made".
