I don't get it.

Okay, I see now. Cordish is on the board of Brooks Lane Trust, Brooks Lane being a company that (I guess) cleans oils spills. The law firm that acted as an intermediary for the trust is next door to Strategic Campaign Group.

Not clear on the Manafort connection but I'm also nearing naptime.
