And at least according to Louise Mensch (I know lots of people don't think she's reliable) Ryan is part of an intercepted conversation acknowledging that Russian money was funneled through the campaign.

Mensch is convinced that Hatch will end up as president, for what that's worth.

Eta: I agree that Ryan is a sociopath.
