Where are you getting that? They gerrymandered this district to include the two most blue towns in NJ.

Montclair and West Orange are famous for the progressive organizations that have come from them. Million Mom March--Montclair. Just about any Dem candidate who is anybody gets an office in W. Orange.

So no, I don't agree with your assessment. My source? Living here.
