11. Yes, we are in a constitutional crisis.

A right wing faction of the Republican Party has seized control of the party. Over time, they have corrupted financial regulations, tax codes, labor laws, etc, to benefit themselves. Their message, altered and tailored to the masses, is successfully broadcast to millions of people via television, radio and the internet. To maintain power, they have manipulated voting districts, established barriers to voter registration and (likely) manipulated electronic voting machines to achieve their desired outcome.
This takeover didn't start with Donald Trump, although his presidency is the end result of decades of malfeasance. I don't think our founding fathers anticipated a well planned, coordinated attack from several different fronts on our democratic principles, designed to crumble our governmental institutions from within.
