What is this audio only Spicer press conference bullshit? [View all]

Did this guy not take a shower, or is wearing shorts? It's on msnbc and they keep running still pics and silly video. Sean is not on camera. What's the point? Is it to remove his ferret face from the screen to make him seem more competent? It's like he's hiding in the bushes again.
