several other federal departments and agencies that have been hacked by China, Russia, etc. in recent years. (I know about OMB, because I'm still receiving their complimentary ID Theft Guard service because of it.)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when asked if Hillary's server had ever been breached, Comey said it was highly probable, but he never offered any evidence that it had been.

Add to that the fact that the emails stored there were transmitted to and from people with the proper clearances to read them, as differentiated from the Petraeus case, in which he handed off classified documents to someone (his mistress) whom he knew wasn't cleared to read them... and then he lied to the FBI about it.
