When the boss says "Jump!" you best not stop to ask "How high?" Unless, of course, he wanted you to jump a LOT higher than you did, then there will be hell to pay. Or maybe he didn't want you to jump quite THAT high. In which case, there will be hell to pay. Or, maybe he told you to jump, but didn't really mean it, and then you went and jumped just because he said so. There will be, you can be sure, hell to pay. Or when he said jump, but you weren't quite sure he meant it, so you didn't jump. You know what's coming, right? Yup, hell to pay.
