7. I like Biden, but his history as a drug warrior is problematic.

We need someone who understands that it is time to end the drug war once and for all, and is unequivocal about ending marijuana prohibition at the Federal level.

And what we need more than anything else, I think, is to turn the page and bring some fresh faces to the bench.

I suspect Biden would agree on that last point, too. I don't see him running in 4 years.
