According to JPR, it was the DNC/HRC who had him murdered because Rich was a whistleblower who was scheduled to "spill the beans" on both.

BTW, that was at the same time JPR were claiming that Hillary was dying of at least two dozen fatal diseases that she was hiding from the voters.
