You just can never tell what is going on inside someone's head.

I never got into his music (the rock artists I grew up were Nirvana, Hole, Pearl Jam. Smashing Pumpkins, R.E.M., Stone Temple Pilots, Garbage, etc.) but my condolences go out to his family, friends, and fans.
