61. About as bad.

He's a total fuck-up, so "his" agenda is stalling as soon as it hits Congress, but he is installing incompetents, sycophants and stooges across the Executive Branch.

But he is rubber-stamping everything the GOP musters the courage to pass, and nominating whoever he's told to nominate.

We'll be years and decades getting the stench out of the furniture, and people are going to sicken and die who never had to.

Where I'd hoped for a pleasant surprise in his pig-headedness, I am disappointed. After some progressive noise, he has never bucked the GOP leadership and forced through something good. I've long thought him capable of acting benevolently, if cleverly flattered, carefully guided and sufficiently overcredited...but the man's too busy golfing and sniffing out traitors.
