Lawrence O'Donnell Retweeted Reckless Moxie
"Contract expires June 4. I'll let you know where you can watch me June 5 if it's not msnbc. I'm sorry this situation has become public."

You can argue what both sides' motivations are, but it's been widely reported that Lack wants to move the station right-ward.

You cannot argue what Lawrence O'Donnell said. Which is that his contract negatiations are not going entirely smoothly.

However, yes, feel free to be skeptical - it's healthy. But remember that Comcast (1) has two motivations to move the station rightward (pleasing their wealthy upper management who brought in Lack, getting fleeing Fox conservative eyeballs), and (2) Comcast is motivated to keep the rightward movement quiet and out of the press.
