Perhaps he could have stopped with an extra couple of hundred or so, but that would hardly be in keeping with a royal personage. Look at the entourage that smelly Saudi guy who gave him the necklace has!.

As for his personal entourage, you have to realize that he's got to have his palace staff with him, from buffer of the royal nails to wiper of the royal bum plus his huge staff of hired goons who are undoubtedly getting in the way of the increased Secret Service detail.

I can hardly wait until the cost of the multiple jets to fly these people all over the world is totted up.
