(11,243 posts)40. SCOTUS has STILL not addressed the fact that the General Assembly is illegitimate.
The NCGA maps are ALSO unconstitutional, yet they are still making laws. Like the budget that strips education $$ out of poor, black districts and siphons them into GOP leaning areas. How do they pay us back for that? And also, I want the 10 million hours I spent trashing them on Twitter, just since their December "special" session, back too.
It is so FUBAR, the only thing that would help is a freaking time machine.
