Here's how I see it: Those out to discredit Taylor & Mensch are the spreaders of 'fake news'. Since its apparent most have really never bothered to follow the work they have done.

Someone on her twitter actually called Louise a republican conservative.
Point being, the American version of conservative is NOT the same as UK conservative.
Yes, there are some who really don't have a clue what they're talking about.
