(8,006 posts)28. Having been a member myself, I know first hand Christianity is a plague.
My family were Episcopalians and considered quite liberal too. Still, we were guilty of black and white thinking and feeling superior to our fellow citizens. This attitude is a hallmark of the Xian faith in general.
Going out to eat after mass was a treat and a tradition after fasting. We did, however, tip generously. After all, it's the "Christian" thing to do.
