3. As I understand it, "loser" means "sad sack".

It describes Trump's base seamlessly.

I love what you said here:

"Coming out of his mouth, the word has zero weight and no real meaning at all. It is a sad commentary on the man that he has no other word he can use to describe a person who would detonate a nail bomb in a crowd of youthful concert-goers."

And here:

"This is the witless, inarticulate man who is the President of the United States. In his clumsy and intentionally ignorant way, he debases both our nation and the rich, expansive vocabulary of the English language."

The same has appropriated the "thumbs-up" in almost every posed picture taken of him. He's weak, he's cheap, and he's doing whatever's the easiest for him.

I must add, I think he demonstrates a TREMENDOUS lack of vocabulary.
