are not like that, right? In fact, this would seem to be a pretty unusual church group--maybe from one a very large church with a bunch of its most awful members gathered in one clique?
Normally when people relate these stories, it's usually one "awful" person, two at most, and they're depicted as conservatives, not religious people.
Btw, "hate" "all of them"? That sounds alarmingly like something hard-core conservatives might say about Democrats.
Scary thought that we could be in danger of adopting their behaviors. Gives a sinister meaning to "normalizing" them.
