4. It's easy. Just use the courts to nullify orders, and mandate voting for all, not just citizens.

If we have states like California and New York to open voting to immigrants no matter how long they've been here or level of documentation, then we can easily start tipping the scales our way, particularly in the House and the state houses. We need the courts to reverse any orders Trump makes or the GOP Congress passes, then we need to flood Congress with progressives in 2018 to nullify anything Trump does. In 2020 we can then elect Kamala Harris and finally rid ourselves of the scourge of Republican terrorism.
