As I watch Trump, and hear others report on his behavior, my mind goes back to the days where in staff meetings, we would diagnose what mental illness, personality disorder, and/or organic brain damage an individual had. With Trump, a significant amount is obviously an entrenched personality disorder -- one that causes others, not Donald, to suffer. And this can result in episodes of psychosis, under unusual stress. But it really appears that organic decay could be involved.
