Sen Cotton is neither ignorant nor suffers from a failing memory. He is disingenuous, he knows exactly how dishonest he is being.

I live in Arkansas and have watched Sen Cotton since he first entered the public eye. He is dangerous exactly because he is intelligent. Imagine how dangerous Trump would be if he was intelligent - that's Sen. Cotton. It's clear to those of us in Arkansas watching Sen Cotton with growing alarm, that he intends to be the next President from Arkansas.
