She replies, "Pizza", and then giggles.

Just a thought, but no one who wants to live to an old age eats pizza on a regular basis. So, I would like to think that the Pope and Melania had a good laugh over that one.

On Edit: MSNBC cleared it up. It was Potiza. Which looks like a pastry nut confection.
